JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We are looking for an Area Planner to join the Guinness Property team in Oldham, providing a high-quality planning and coordination service to support our Responsive Repairs operation. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week across operational hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings.
