About the role

This role will involve both supporting EHCP/SEND pupils in the classroom and providing direct support for our SEND/EHCP pupils through interventions and bespoke provision. At Marston Green Junior School we run a ‘team around the child’ model. This means that we rotate our support staff across all our high tariff EHCP pupils so our support staff will work with a variety of EHCP pupils across the day.
