The Role
We are looking for a collaborative and commercially minded consultant to support clients across the Wealth &
Asset Management
sector. You will work on strategic and operational challenges that improve client experience, strengthen delivery, and support business growth.
What You’ll Do
Support wealth and
asset management
clients on transformation initiatives across advisory, operations, and digital change.
Help define and deliver practical solutions that improve client journeys, strengthen governance, and create measurable outcomes.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape project direction and support successful delivery.
Contribute to business development through insight, analysis, and a strong understanding of the WAM market.
Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and consistent execution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in wealth and
asset management
, financial services, or a closely related consulting environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Commercial awareness and a good understanding of the pressures facing WAM firms.
A structured, analytical approach with the ability to turn complexity into clear actions.
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
Bonus Points For
Experience supporting transformation programmes in wealth,
asset management
, or investment operations.
Knowledge of regulatory, operating model, or client journey change within WAM.
Familiarity with agile delivery, process improvement, or business analysis.
Exposure to technology-enabled change in a financial services setting.
An interest in market trends shaping the future of wealth management.
