Lead, investigate, and resolve employee grievances and formal claims (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace concerns) by conducting thorough reviews, delivering conclusive findings, and proposing actionable remediation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., infosec, internal audit teams, security) to continue to drive efficiencies across the company where there could be exposed risk to the organization.

Data & Analytics:

Oversee and optimize a centralized case management system, leveraging data analytics and AI-enhanced HR tools to produce executive dashboards, identify systemic trends, and offer proactive, risk-mitigating recommendations.

Program Development:

Design and implement comprehensive employee relations philosophies, programs, and training sessions to upskill managers, foster a constructive workplace culture, and ensure fair, respectful treatment across all regional teams.

Regional Compliance:

Ensure all company employment policies, performance management processes, and accommodation practices comply with the distinct national, statutory, and local employment regulations, specifically of the UK, Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Experience:

Direct and impactful mid to senior level Employee Relations experience, with a substantial track record of managing complex ER cases independently.

Works Council Experience:

Hands-on experience partnering with, consulting, or managing Works Councils in either an Employment/People Relations or HR/People Business Partner capacity.

Language Skills:

Fluency or professional working proficiency in French is preferred to facilitate seamless regional partnerships.

Labor Law Expertise:

In-depth, practical knowledge of regional labor and employment laws across EMEA, specifically within the UK, Germany and France  and ideally Spain and the Netherlands.

Proven Impact:

Demonstrable success in developing and executing employee relations programs that measurably impact organizational culture and business outcomes.

Conflict Resolution:

Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain composure, discretion, and integrity when managing highly sensitive, complex investigations.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience supporting global, distributed teams within the fast-paced or hyper-growth technology sector.
